Alex was a businessman involved in oil palm plantations and corporate developments in Malaysia. He was the Board Chairman of OM Malaysia from 1996 to November 2007. Along with his family, Alex migrated to to Australia in December 2007. Holding a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, Alex cites his current profession as 'investor'.
Alex's vision is to continue to support the work and the task of reaching the unreached, especially in Asia. He also hopes to see more networking amongst mission agencies and churches to coordinate the task of reaching the unreached. Alex lives in Melbourne with his wife and four sons. |

After gradating from the Australian Defence Force Academy in 1988 with a BSc in Chemistry and Oceanography, Ashley served for a number of years as a navigator and diving officer on warships. In 1999, Doulos visited Australia, and Ashley and Alison sensed the call to mission. The ships were a great match for both Ashley and Alison with their passion and gifts for training and equipping God's people for service. They served four years initially, after which Ashley served two years as the Deputy Harbour Master at Fremantle Ports. Another invitation back to the Doulos saw them serve a further two and a half years as Captain. Now based in SA and contracting as a Marine Pilot, Ashley and Alison enjoy ministry in their local church, the occasional speaking engagements and raising their three daughters. |

After graduating in 1986 with a BA in Journalism, Carey worked on and off as a journalist for more than 15 years, much of it overseas with OM. Her first short-term outreach was in 1988 to Eastern Europe before working overseas for 10 years mainly in a Communications/PR role, (Hungary, Doulos, Spain/North Africa). Carey’s passion is to see people become all that God created them to be and live their lives to the full. It was this passion that led her back to Australia in 2004 to complete a Certificate IV in Life Coaching and another in Small Business Management. Carey works for a training firm in Adelaide and conducts her own life coaching practice specialising in helping people find and fulfil their God-given purpose and potential. She is also writing her first book, "Leadership Salsa". Carey brings to the Board 20 years of rich and varied OM experience, as well as her expertise as a life coach, mentor and trainer. |

Jonathan lives in Melbourne where he works as a commercial lawyer with Moores Legal. He holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a committee member of the Victorian Young Lawyers. Jonathan is originally from Perth, Western Australia and has been involved in local church ministries for a number of years, primarily working with young people and organising community based events. |

Jonathan was born and raised in Melbourne and studied in Sydney, receiving a BA from UNSW. He ran various businesses in Sydney before joining OM and serving on the Logos ll for three years with his family in 1999. In 2001 he became the OM Australia National Director. Jonathan is responsible for the overall leadership of OM Australia which involves representing OM Australia both nationally and internationally, oversight of the national office and the care of more than 180 Australians serving around the world with OM. Jonathan lives in Melbourne with his wife Kate and their 3 sons, Andrew, Peter and Nicholas. |

Kelli has been practising law since 1985 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts. Since 1991 Kelli has been a Partner in the national law firm DibbsBarker specializing in insurance and government services. Kelli is presently; chairman of Peer Power Limited, a Christian organisation working with youth; chairman of the working committee of the Queensland Gift Foundation Baptist Union; a long standing member of the Queensland Workplace Health and Safety Board, the peak advisory board to the Queensland Minister on Workplace Health and Safety issues. She has lectured at University on legal and insurance issues. Kelli is married to John Zellner, an Aeronautical Research Engineer based in Los Angeles. They spend time visiting each other across the Pacific, and attend the Rolling Covenant Church when in the U.S. and Ashgrove Baptist Church when in Brisbane. |

Michael has a Diploma in Ministry (Wesley Institute, Sydney; 1986). His wide range of work experience includes Director and Manager Marketing Services at Wesley Mission, Sydney, from 1991-93. From 1994-98, he worked on delivering social services in Africa, working as Operations Manager and then Projects Director for ACROSS (Association of Christian Resource Organisations Serving Sudan), based in Nairobi, Kenya. Following that, Michael worked for World Concern as Regional Program Development Officer, also based in Nairobi. Michael is currently Director of a retail footwear business. Michael is a visionary with entrepreneurial and marketing skills who believes in modelling servant leadership. |

Murray Crabb has had extensive experience as a chartered accountant. For over 30 years he was in public practice, mainly in the small business area. In addition to this, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry and a Graduate Diploma in Intercultural Studies. Murray is spending his semi-retirement as Business Manager for OM Australia, and in administrating OM Overseas Aid Fund with the current focus on raising funds for education centres in India for the Dalit-Bahujan people (Untouchables). |

Rod is an experienced property developer who has operated in Australia, the USA and the UK. He became a Registered Surveyor in 1980 after graduating with an Honours degree in Building Surveying from UNSW. He is a Partner and Development Director of a Sydney-based company which project manages and constructs residential, commercial, industrial and hotel complexes. Rod is also a Partner and Chairman for Realty Marketing Pty Ltd. Previously, from 1987 – 1991, Rod held the position of Executive Vice President for Citistate Limited, his main responsibility being to set up the international development arm of the company in the USA and UK. Rod is a Licensed Strata and Community Manager and a Justice of the Peace. Previously a Director of Habitat Australia Ltd, his length and depth of service on the OM Board has provided invaluable continuity. |

William was born and raised in Sydney and received a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from UNSW. With over 25 years in marketing and sales, he has held the full breadth of marketing roles within large global multi-nationals both in Australia and around the world, the last ten as Marketing Director and a Global Strategy Director of Mars Confectionary, based in Ballarat. William has just begun his own company, T-garage but enjoys the tranquillity of raising a family on their ten acres even more. |
