Every 24 hours over 350,000 people are born and nearly 155,000 die. Each person has a soul with a very real, eternal fate. For the men and women of OM who bring the hope of the gospel to people all around the world, a 24-hour day seems far too short.

OM offers many short-term mission opportunities while continuing to develop and expand our career missionary force.

Short-Term Mission (Global Challenge)

Want to join a short-term team or go with your church or school for a week to six months out into the field?  OM can provide the hands-on training and experience of practical Christian living and cross-cultural evangelism.

Options exist in a wide range of ministries all over the world - from outreach in Sydney with MAP, to a STEP program aboard the Logos Hope ship, to joining a Traveling Team in North Africa, to Sport Outreaches at the World Cup - we can show you the cutting edge of mission.

Mid-term Options + GAP Year (Global Action)

Global Action is a one or two-year opportunity for you to work with an OM team.  You don't need special training or education - just a love for Christ and a willingness to serve.  Some of these options are also available to students seeking a GAP year.

Professional and Long-term Career Opportunities (Global Service)

Global service is an alternative entry program for those considering longer term service or expertise in short-term specific roles.  Length of commitment can vary.
